Fix import, subtitle and export problems
A video will not import
Check the formats, size and duration limits. If a social link fails, upload your original file. Public metadata is not proof that the video file can be downloaded. Private or restricted sources may remain unavailable.
Captions are missing or inaccurate
Play the source and confirm it contains audible speech. Correct names and overlapping voices by hand. If lines drift, check their start and end times. For a constant offset in a subtitle file, use the subtitle shifter. See editing subtitles.
An export fails or stays queued
Open Export and inspect Activity. Wait for a completed result before downloading. Check save errors and your plan permissions. Resolve the reported error before retrying instead of launching duplicates. If the rendered text looks different, export a short sample and check the font, canvas and timing.
A payment or post is uncertain
Check your account plan or the destination platform before repeating the action. A return page, queued task or unknown state is not confirmation. Record the action, approximate time and visible error if you need help; never share passwords, payment details, access tokens or private media links in public.
