Upload a video or import a social link
Upload an original file
In the workspace, choose a video from your device. Keep the page open during upload and wait until the source is ready. Uploading sends the file to server-side processing and private media storage. Use the original footage for the most predictable result.
Paste a public link
Paste a supported social video URL into the import field. The source must be public and accessible, and you must have permission to use it. Private, removed, restricted and expired videos can fail. TikTok has completed a local end-to-end import check; YouTube and Instagram URL downloads are still being verified. Availability can vary by source.
Recover from an import error
Read the error shown on the project before retrying. Check your connection, file size and duration limit. For a failed social import, download your own original from the source platform and upload that file. Repeatedly submitting the same unavailable link will not make it accessible.
Common questions
Will paying make a failed link work?
No. Pro and Max do not bypass source-platform access restrictions or a download-provider outage. Upload your own original file instead.
My video is longer than 10 minutes. What should I choose?
Pro supports each video up to 30 minutes; Max supports up to 60 minutes. The 2 GB upload limit and daily processing safeguards still apply. Compare duration limits.
