Using the service
NewSubtitles at getautocaptions.com provides video imports, transcription, subtitle editing and exports. Use the service only for content you have permission to process. You are responsible for your account, uploaded content and the decisions you make when editing, exporting or publishing it.
Your content
You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the features you request. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, violates applicable law or exposes private information without permission. Voice cloning requires the speaker's permission and the consent materials requested in the product.
Review generated results
Transcription, speaker labels, proofreading, translation, dubbing and suggested clips can contain errors. Review names, numbers, timings and generated audio before sharing them. A source platform can restrict or remove access to a video; importing a link does not grant rights to that content or guarantee future availability.
Plans and payments
Free and paid features follow the limits shown in the product and pricing page. When purchasing a plan, review the price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms shown before payment. Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Contact support@getautocaptions.com about billing or refund requests. These terms do not limit rights that apply to you by law.
Storage and availability
Media has the retention limits described in the Privacy policy and product. Download files you want to keep. Features and provider availability may change, and processing can fail or require a retry. Do not use the service as your only copy of important material. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and other users.
